Used Cooking oil, French market :

The French waste cooking oils resource is estimated in the range of 100 000 tones to 150 000 tones of which only 20% would be collected each year, the remainder going in sewerage systems.

For information, it is considered that 1 liter of cooking oil generates about 0.3 liter of used cooking oil. However, it appears that production used cooking oil is much more important for commercial restoration (30 ml per meal), fast food in particular (80ml per meals), catering only ( 7 - 8 ml per meal).
