Finance your energy renovation project with CEE incentives
At GREENEA, we specialize in adding value to your energy efficiency projects by helping you obtain Energy Savings Certificates (EECs), like CEE, CAEs or TEEs.
As a broker, we act as a strategic intermediary between the entities carrying out energy renovation work and the “obligés”, i.e. the companies subject to the obligation to save energy.
Our expertise covers the selection of Energy Efficiency Certificates (EECs) purchasing partners, as well as commercial negotiations, guaranteeing our customers the best market conditions.
CEE classic / CEE précaire primary or secondary
in France, GREENEA can help you market your conventional and low-energy CEE, whether primary or secondary.
Classic CEE
Definition: Conventional CEE covers energy-saving actions carried out for all households, regardless of income level or fuel poverty. These CEE are awarded for work or actions that help reduce energy consumption in homes or buildings (such as insulation, installation of efficient heating equipment, etc.).
Beneficiaries: All households or entities can benefit, whether in the residential, tertiary, industrial, agricultural or other sectors.
Objective: Encourage everyone to save energy, regardless of income or vulnerability.

CEE precariousness
Definition: CEE précaires are specifically awarded for energy-saving actions carried out for households in situations of energy insecurity, i.e. households on modest or very modest incomes. These certificates are awarded for the same types of work (insulation, renovation, etc.), but with a bonus to encourage special support for these households.
Beneficiaries: “Precarious” households, which are generally defined by an income level below a threshold set by legislation, or who live in poorly insulated housing resulting in high energy bills.
Objective: Promote energy efficiency improvements in the most vulnerable households and combat fuel poverty, which is the difficulty or inability of a household to heat its home adequately at an acceptable cost.
